Our main focus at Nexus Ministry is Ministry Placement. We want to partner with both the local church and the minister in finding healthy ministry placement. Too often the church goes an unnecessary length of time without a staff person and the church faces a heavy burden of the absence of leadership. We know the hiring process can seem overwhelming and discouraging at times. We want to work with you to eliminate and alleviate unnecessary burdens or concerns through your ministry placement process.
At Nexus Ministry we want to partner with ministry and the minister in helping close the gap between ministry vacancies and make the transition both a positive and healthy time. Our team will work with the church in evaluating the church, the ministry, and the minister in making sure the position fits the minister. We will walk right beside the church during the entire phase of ministry placement. Our heart's desire is to see God place healthy leaders in healthy place to advance the gospel and bring glory to God.
